Ugh. Weight Watchers. Attempting my first goal (again, darn it) for this year. Back at it. I'm up sadly 20lbs. And that sucks big big big time. So here we go.
And my Mom joined with us! Hopefully we can all push to drop the rest. So I would like to lose the 20 again and 20-30 more.....it blows to have to lose all of that again. Blows big time.
Treadmill and I have a date tomorrow and ugh...instantly work out (lord help me).
But I'm done. No more playing around. No excuses.
Goals for the week.
-move trigger food out of sight
-MORE water less Coke
