I can't seem to find a background I am happy with. And I have NO idea how to do the header either. sigh...
I think I will test drive this one for a while.
What sites does everybody else use? And are you all paying for your design?
ALSO, where can I get a signature?

Hi Amy! I'm from Jenna's blog, and I'm glad I found you! I make my headers by going to scrapblog.com. You can create your own or use templates (I always use the templates bc they are way easier). When you get it like you want it, go to file and hit "Export as JPG," then save it to your computer and upload it to blogger. Hope that makes sense... it's not as hard as it sounds. As for the signature, when you see a signature you like on someone else's blog, just click on it and it will usually take you to the site where they made it. Sorry for the book, but hope all this helps! P.S. I like your background!
